Welcome to Noe Valley

Noe Valley is roughly square-shaped 583 acres running from Dolores St at the eastern point to just below Portola / Diamond Heights blvd in the west. The area is serviced by two pockets of commerce, Church St and 24th St. Along both, you will find markets, bars, restaurants, and all sorts of San Franciscans out and about, enjoying their fine, mellow neighborhood. The fog tends to get broken up by Twin Peaks to the west, so this neighborhood too enjoys a lovely micro-climate. Over the course of the past decade the relative ease of access to 280 south, and Silicon Valley / Peninsula commuting, plus the area's very "neighborhood" feel for lack of a better word, has seen the area enjoy continued strong interest.
